Cancellation policy: A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged on all appointments not cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Return policy: All requests for refunds must be submitted within 20 days from the initial agreement or internet enrollment (which ever comes first) and only the unused portion of the product(s) or services will be returned.
	Start Smart program is a driver safety education class which targets new and future licensed teenage drivers between the age of 15 - 19 and their parents/guardians.
